How do I book a taxi?
Enter your journey details, review your request and choose WhatsApp or email. Your request opens in the app you choose, ready for you to send. We’ll reply to confirm the price and availability. You can also call us directly.
Is an estimated fare the final price?
Any fare shown is an estimate only. We’ll confirm the final price and availability after receiving your booking request. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Cornwall Taxis.
Is my journey confirmed straight away?
Your journey is confirmed only when our team has agreed the details with you. Sending a request does not reserve a vehicle. If you need a taxi soon, please call 07773 330165.
Can I book a return journey?
Yes. Select “Add a return journey” in the booking form and enter the return date and time. The return route reverses your outward journey. Add a note if you need different stops.
How many passengers can travel together?
Our minibuses carry up to eight passengers per vehicle. For nine or more, select the larger group option and tell us the total in your notes. We’ll check vehicle availability and luggage space with you.
Can I book for my company or a colleague?
Yes. Choose Business travel or Corporate booking and add your company name, an optional booking reference and the passenger’s name if you’re booking for someone else. For recurring journeys or several vehicles, describe your requirements in the notes and we’ll discuss the arrangements with you.
Can I request child seats or accessibility support?
Please describe what you need in the journey notes or give us a call. We’ll discuss the suitable vehicle and arrangements with you before confirming your journey.
